Step back into 1955 when you get behind the wheel of this automobile. The feel, smells and sounds truly represent the era of great automobiling in one of the finest and best looking sports cars ever produced.

Offered here is a desirable, meticulously detailed XK 140 MC OTS model fitted with the C-type head, dual exhaust and overdrive. Meticulously maintained with true and original details, she awes everyone who sees her. A two-owner car, the current party has owned this 140 since 1972.

This exceptional roadster benefited from a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. The body was shot in the period correct color of Old English White and then reassembled with black leather interior. The stunning paint job and show winning fit and finish ensure one of the finest specimens of the mark. The “C-Type” engine experienced a thorough and professional rebuild and detailing that included new bearings, valves, valve springs, pistons and rings. All aluminum on the vehicle was appropriately polished to a mirror-like finish. Brakes were overhauled including new wheel and master cylinders. The suspension received a complete rebuild including new Koni Classic shock absorbers and polyurethane bushings. A new water pump has been recently installed. This roadster's chassis, engine, gearbox and body numbers are correctly matching to the original builder's plate. The twin overhead camshaft 3442cc inline 6 pulls strong through the 4 speed synchromesh transmission. The overdrive can catapult you into the three-digit mph zone in no time. All parts in this vehicle are 100% original with all matching manufacturer’s numbers (as per Jaguar Heritage Certificate).

Few cars deliver the true original sports car experience better than the XK 140MC. Whether it is the wind in your hair, the incredible sound of the engine as you climb through the gears or the power and handling at your fingertips you won’t be disappointed with the thrill of driving this XK.

One of only 3,300 left-hand drive XK140s ever built in total for export, this automobile is a rare "special equiptment" specimen of the mark. It is unknown how many still exist on the road today.

The asking price for this automobile is $133,000.00 USD.
